Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis. Please note that your place is not confirmed until full payment has been received.
Amendments to bookings and cancellations may be made up to 14 days prior to the date of the workshop by emailing hazel@hazelfoxonflowers.co.uk. If you find you are unable to attend a class less than 14 days before the date of the class you are welcome to send someone else in your place. Please communicate these terms to them. Fees will not be refunded for any cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the date of the workshop.
If through unavoidable circumstances a course must be cancelled by Hazel Foxon Flowers, all course fees will be refunded in full. We regret we cannot refund any other (eg travel or accommodation) costs you may have incurred.
Flowers and vessels may vary from those shown in images subject to availability.
Please notify us of any allergies or medical conditions that might impact your participation class in advance. All information will be treated in confidence. Hazel Foxon Flowers is not liable for any accident, injury or allergic reaction which was caused by anything other than our deliberate fault or negligence, or for loss or damage to your personal property while at the workshop venue.
